All of our Tandem and Static Line Instructors, as well as our Coaches are certified through the United States Parachute Association. Our Tandem Instructors are also certified through United Parachute Technologies.
Jim West - Owner of Skydive Greene County
After making his first jump in 1959, Jim opened Skydive Greene County in 1961 and has made over 16,000 skydives through the years. He also has over 30,000 hours of flight time behind the stick of many different aircraft.While being the lead pilot and owner of S.G.C., he also is a USPA, Vector & JumpShack Tandem Instructor, Static Line Instructor, Coach and has his Professional Rating. He is also a Master rigger, and A&P Mechanic and holds commerceral, multi engine, instrument and CASA 212 ratings.
